Yes, when your order ships, you will receive an automated email or text message with your tracking information.

Miniaks is not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. Please contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may incur from ordering.

Magic. Once your order is placed you will receive an email or text message from us acknowledging your purchase. When your package ships you will receive tracking information email from the shipping company, and the status of your order will change to ‘shipped’ in your Miniaks account.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible once your payment has cleared.

All packages withing Europe usually arrive within a few days and depending on the shipping Company and service you choose. Orders outside Europe usually take 2-3 weeks.
